The Covid Fitness Journey

It seems these days that everything around us is being tested. From our democracy and the way and how we live, our personalities and the way we react and communicate with each other on a daily basis. There is only once or just maybe twice in your lifetime that you reach moments that will not only define your here and now, but will also shape your future for decades to come. It seems like as humane beings, we are definitely at that point, so choose wisely.

The same can be said for your fitness. Mentally you have to be ready to take on the challenge ahead of you. Fitness wise this will probably be the toughest challenge that you will ever face. Not doing anything is physically and mentally neglect and may put you in a position that you may never be able to recover from. It’s not hard to see the effects of Covid on the majority of the population, more and more weight gain. You know the old saying ” If you don’t stand for something then you will die for anything. This time period that we are in can and will set your future in stone for the next twenty years. Physically and mentally push through with your fitness goals. Get creative and intivative To get through this time. The one thing that Covid has taught us is that the physically fit make it through it and god bless to everyone and wear a mask and be safe, from the IM/5Fitness family.
