The road to good health and fitness can be long, frustrating and very painful at times but the end result and the outcome from the workout and the gym is very well worth it. Well, thanks to us your journey does not have to be a lonely one. We are here to give you some of the tools that you might need in the course of your journey. We will provide you with product reviews on products, diets, food, and exercise for you to evaluate and use in your endeavor from beginners to long term established.   1. First it depends on your objective, is it staying in shape cardio, muscle building or a little of both. I would get a good protein supplement for your energy problem, and you can never go wrong with a little bench work. When in doubt, you can never go wrong with bench press, push ups, treadmill or physical running. Push ups and physical running if your really time pressed, bench press and treadmill or bike if time permits. You would really be surprised what a consistent routine of push ups would do for you and make you look.
